Let It Snow! Challenge #9: Snowmen

Finally. I'm walking quite a bit behind on the challenge, but I'm going to hurry a little bit so I'll be on the same week as the others. It has been pretty busy lately, so I was not able to work on the challenge. But here's week 9: snowmen! I hope you like it (:

I used salt to get the snowy-effect (and a cheaper alternative than those caviar-effect beads) and in my opinion it worked out pretty good. Om my ringfinger I made a black hat to give my nails a touch of snowmen.

Let It Snow! Challenge #6 Winter Solstice

We're at number six already! This came with a little bit delay, but I try my best to keep up with the rest of the group. The subject of this week is Winter Solstice. It was quite hard for me to come up with something and this is the final result.

It Was pretty hard to capture the nails right, because of the shimmery nail polish and the light. They're supposed to be trees, for those who can't see it (:

Let It Snow! Challenge #3: Ugly Christmas Sweater

Week 3 op the Let It Snow! Challenge has already arrived. This post is a little bit later than I wanted it to be, but unfortunately I couldn't help it. I'm trying to finish week 4 in two days, so I won't get far behind.

As you probably can see the lines are really not straight. I made this a little bit too fast and wasn't really paying attention on what I was doing. I'm not really satisfied with this one, but I was not in the mood to make a new one. I promise next one will be a lot better! Oh, and of course: Merry Christmas!

It's a mix of different colors I wouldn't put together normally, with a little bit of tribal. What do you think?

I'm really, really happy with the result! In my opinion, the colors match really well.
Aaaand... tomorrow is my birthday! Yay! It feels like I waited too long for turning sixteen.
